Spring 2008, Volume 9, Issue 1
The Michigan Advocate was created in 2000 to provide information
and resources to VOCA Grantee-agencies and other crime victim programs and
advocates in Michigan and throughout the country. This publication strives to
help professionals maintain comprehensive and quality services to victims of
crime and to inform advocates of broader issues affecting crime victim
services.
The Michigan Advocate is published twice yearly and has recently evolved
to an electronic format allowing for broader distribution of news relevant to
crime victim services.
